The thoughts churn relentlessly, like a storm cloud that refuses to dissipate.

As you step out into the world, your heart races with every step. Simple tasks that others seem to do effortlessly become monumental challenges for you. Ordering a coffee becomes a nerve-wracking ordeal, as you fear stumbling over your words and drawing attention to yourself. Social gatherings feel like a minefield of potential judgment and rejection. The constant worry and self-doubt weigh heavily, eroding your confidence and self-esteem.

At night, sleep often eludes you as your mind spins with hypothetical scenarios and worst-case outcomes. The exhaustion accumulates, further fueling the cycle of anxiety. The fear of the unknown and the “what ifs” become constant companions, limiting your ability to fully engage in life.

You long for a sense of calm and freedom from the clutches of anxiety. You yearn to feel confident, to embrace new experiences without the weight of fear holding you back. It’s time to break free from the constraints of untreated anxiety and find the support you deserve to reclaim your life.

How Does Online Anxiety Therapy Work?

Online anxiety counseling offers the flexibility and convenience of accessing therapy from the comfort of your own space. Through secure video conferencing, you can connect with one of our qualified therapists who specializes in anxiety treatment.

The therapeutic process is similar to in-person sessions, as you engage in meaningful conversations, explore your thoughts and feelings, and work collaboratively towards your goals. Online therapy has been proven to be just as effective as in-person therapy, offering a supportive and confidential environment where you can receive guidance and tools to manage anxiety and improve your well-being.

How Long Does Anxiety Treatment Take?

The length of anxiety treatment can vary depending on individual factors and the specific nature of your anxiety. Some individuals may experience significant improvement in a few months, while others may require a longer-term approach. Your therapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, goals, and preferences.

During the course of therapy, your therapist may discuss various treatment options, including the potential use of medication to support your recovery. Medication can be a valuable tool in managing anxiety symptoms and may be recommended in certain cases. Your therapist will provide information and collaborate with you to make an informed decision that aligns with your preferences and treatment goals.

Remember, the journey towards overcoming anxiety is unique to each individual, and it’s important to focus on progress rather than a specific timeline. With the guidance of a skilled therapist and a willingness to actively participate in your own healing, you can make significant strides in managing anxiety and improving your overall well-being.

How Much Does Anxiety Counseling Cost?

We charge $150 for 50-minute sessions and $225 for 90-minute sessions. Your therapist will discuss with you the appropriate duration and frequency of sessions. Most clients meet weekly for 50-minute sessions until their goals are met. Our therapists do have limited availability for reduced-rate sessions. Please contact us for more information.

Do You Take My Insurance?

While we do not accept insurance, some clients may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, and we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

While the cost of therapy may be a concern for you, it is important to remember that investing in yourself through therapy can have long-term benefits that far outweigh the cost. We work with our clients to find a schedule and payment plan that works for them so that therapy can be accessible and effective for all who seek it.

What If My Therapist is Not a Good Fit?

We understand that finding the right approach and therapist for your needs can take time. If you are not comfortable with your therapist’s approach, we encourage you to talk to them about it. It is important to have an open and honest dialogue with your therapist to ensure that you are both on the same page and working towards your goals as a couple.

If after discussing your concerns, you still feel that the approach is not working for you, we can explore other options, such as referring you to another therapist within our practice who may have a different approach or referring you to another practice altogether. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the best possible care and to help you achieve your goals.
